Namaste my chelas all over the world.

The breaths I have given you are very powerful.

Choose one you are the most comfortable with and do it for three days straight.

After you do the breath, sit and feel the closeness of your Ma.

Sit how long you want and then do the breath again and when done do the same thing.

Make sure you have time to finish the breath as I have taught you.

I will be watching.

If you get afraid just open your eyes and it will past.

Keep up the spirit of the breath and you will find a path in the breath that you have always wanted.

When the darkness in your life becomes dense do these breaths of Light and feel the darkness slip into the Light.

You can not fail

Swim in the silvery sea of Eternity and feel the love of your Guru Mother.

All darkness of ignorance shall leave as you swim in the surging ocean of bliss and joy.
