SUMMER BREATH SEVEN —————–NOTICING

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

Meditation is the art of inner listening, inner seeing and inner felling.

Meditation is a practice that all religions accept.

When you live with Guru, then you learn to meditate at the Feet Of The Guru

The quality of awareness that one receives due to meditation can last all of your life.

Meditation allows us to hear the song in our self that allows us to live with greater compassion.

It is if one leaves the world behind only to find it again in life, ordinary life.

Using life itself as the focus of a meditation practice brings one deeper than ever before.

You become aware.

The meditation expands.

Choose a posture that keeps your body at ease.

A position that keeps your body straight.

You take this seat between heaven and earth with out being ridged.

To meditate is not to fight with the body.

If you become uncomfortable it is time to move slowly.

There is no need to make your self nervous of your seat.

You begin to connect to your own breath and your own body.

Come into the moment.

Love in the past is a memory, you need to love in the moment.

You need to connect to yourself in the moment.

Become aware of your breath.

Having found your posture with your eyes gently closed begin to pay attention to your body.

Let your face become soft.

Let your mind relax as you feel your body as you rest on the earth.

As you sit you will notice many sounds and thoughts

Let the sounds and thoughts come and go like waves on the ocean.

You are at peace.

And the Mother is with you.

Simply be present.

You are in the space of relaxation.

Become aware that you are breathing.

The sensation of the rhythm of the breath.

The rise and fall of the belly.

Let the breath have its natural rhythm.

Focusing on the breath brings a steadiness of mind.

Let the breath be soft.

Feel the coolness or tingling or the expansion of the belly

Be aware of what ever you can in the breath.

Notice the sensations of the breath.

Rest in the sensations of the breath.

Notice that your mind is wandering and this is fine.

Notice it and come back to the breath.

After a few breaths the waves of sound may have your mind wander, just come back to your breath.

Be gentle there is no need to judge yourself.

Center yourself in the breathing.

Say to your self my Ma loves me.

Each time you are distracted come back to the breath.

Right Here Right Now.

Place the palm of your hand on your belly.

Feel the natural rhythm of your hand on your belly.

It calms you and centers you.

You can return back to your hands on your belly when ever you want to.

Then just watch your breath.

This is a beginning.

You can be in meditation for years and years and yet you always can start in the moment like a beginner.

Just sitting and connecting to the breath.

When or if you feel a tightness then let it be.

Let it be.

Do not worry if your mind wanders.

The art of meditation is to see the mind wander and become aware of it.

When the breath becomes softer then let your attention become softer.

How great the presence of the Mother is when you learn to meditate.

Expand your mind as you sit.

There will be areas of tightness and nervousness.

As you sit still your body begins to open.

Perhaps you will feel tension.

As you are sitting feeling the tightness of certain areas allow it to happen.

It is not a problem, it is a kind of a healing.

You are being showed all the conflict or difficulties that you have stored in your body.

You are allowing the body to show you how to open.

The kindness of your own touch on the tension on your own body helps you receive your own kindness

If you are moving you can name it, moving moving and then give it space to open and flow and move.

It is important you pay attention to each aspect of the body.

PAY ATTENTION, PAY ATTENTION, PAY ATTENTION to allow peace to come through your body.

Let your eyes close gently and feel the natural rhythm of your breath.

Let your self rest in the breathing.

As you feel the breathing and if the mind wanders come back to the moment so you are in the moment.

Become aware if there are any tensions in the body that is pulling you away from the breathing.

Name it to yourself softly tension, tension tension.

Become aware of the tension in a peaceful and kind way.

Let go of the breathing now and take a few seconds to let go of the awareness of the breath and simply notice what sensations take you away from the breath.

Let it flow, let the words flow away.

Come back to the breath.

Receive the sensations with a kind awareness that allows you to name the tensions and be a friend to them.

All this may sound complicated yet it is quite simple.

Explore the body, scan the body and feel the area that most deeply asks for healing.

Then this breath becomes the healing breath of noticing.

A simple meditation.

Allow your attention to float with great kindness to yourself.

Always remembering that I your Guru Mother has never left your side.

Now just sit and relax in your breath of noticing for as long as you want.

When you are finished return your attention to your breathing.

Breathe deeply into your heart space until you want it to end.

Come out of it all quiet and kindly.

Let your heart open as it will.

You are noticing these different feelings.

You are also noticing that I am with you noticing with you. loving with you and protecting you with my whole being.

My chelas become comfortable in your body and the sensations in your body.

You do not want to make a struggle of being aware so learn how to let go and go on.

This is the Breath of noticing that you will have for the rest of your life.

You are sitting and learning how to be with yourself and of course with your Mother Guru.

My chelas America has lost a great soul Ted Kennedy

A man who crossed over the aisle and tried to include every one in the taking care of Americans and their needs in every way.

We all will miss this icon of America.

I know in my heart He will always be.

It is not an end to a great era it is the beginning of noticing the new and being grateful very grateful to have been alive at the same time as Senator Ted Kennedy
