Om Ganesha
Afternoon Pujas and Prayers
January 30, 2010
Namaste my chelas all over the world.
Your response to yesterdays Darshan Line was far out as I was hesitant to send it out as it was.
Yet I am glad that I did.
Death has been a subject that has been taboo to so many.
People are just scared to speak of death.
As if speaking would bring on death.
Of course this is not truth.
Death wants to be known.
Wants those who are interested have as much wisdom as possible since we all must die.
It is learning how to die and how to handle our loved one’s death that can educate so many.
Tuning into the rhythm of the world can help one in their last days or years.
Meditating on the breath is the best process one can learn.
It is the breath that can lead us to our hearts.
It is the breath that can soften the act of death.
The breath can open our hearts by teaching us not to waste time worrying about small things and appreciate them instead.
Seek to befriend your breath thus you befriend your death.
A person who practices watching the stars as a meditation can get a feeling of the vastness of the Universe
What ever you are in need of you can obtain by seeing it in a light that enters the head in meditation.
Put all your wishes on this Light as you breathe in and out the stars or star in the night.
One will experience the feeling of obtaining that which you want through this meditation.
Once you begin to experience this then you are breathing in and out a positive experience.
You will find yourself calming down after a hard days work.
You will find yourself more patient with love ones as you meditate.
It shows us that we are all equal and the stars are every ones.
The contemplation on the stars represents a positive energizing shakti which we can all harness to help calm our bodies and minds.
One can experience the light of the sky bring light to your being.
It works to energize the thoughts that bring tiredness
During this meditation stand slowly and turn your back to the stars or star and practice the forward bend as best you can
Breath in and out of the spine two times each chakra.
Then rise and take two long complete breaths.
Sit down slowly and begin to breath deeply
Feel the stars showering you with their light or lights on the in and out breath.
What a beautiful experience to realize that we can use the stars
Take the light from one star or many into you on each in breath and out on each out breath.
After a short or long while ( it is up to you ) you can feel one of the points of the star lightly piercing the heart chakra and opening your spiritual heart.
Stay for as long as you feel conformable and then take five breaths in and out.
Then let the breath become normal and calm.
Sit for as long as you like.
Not only is this a fabulous meditation, it can be used to bring you more and more light in your chest therefore relieving you of depression for a while.
Remember to breath in as deeply as you can, using the power of the breath to light you up and brighten your moment.
This all takes practice.
Soon you are not afraid of the darkness and look forward for the light of the stars.
Death does not scare you .
This meditation can be done outside or inside.
The deeper and longer you breathe the more calmer you become.
After a while just looking at the night sky can put you in a state of subtle meditation.
You don’t need to use your imagination as the stars are always out even behind the clouds.
When you are sitting get a feeling of the Mother sitting along side you.
I am looking forward of giving Darshan after you have practiced this meditation.
You will find it easier to go in to your heart.
I love you my chelas and love doing this Darshan Line for all of you.
Love Ma
Jai Kali Ma Ki Jai
Always at His Feet Of Our Neem Karoli Baba Ki Jai
P.S. Tonight sit with your Sacred Painting of Shri Bhagavati and feel Her drawing you into Her eyes.
Then just sit and breathe gently and know that I love you.
Your Painting will let off a glow that will remain with you.
