Where do you have the most tension in your body? Breathe into the tension and say as you hold the breath, SPLIT THE TENSION, FIVE TIMES, and breathe out knowing that you have only half the tension you started with.
As you keep doing this breath you will find that you have less and less stress and more joy in your life.
Do this for about seven full rounds and then just breathe in and out of your heart for as long as you have time for.
