Namaste my chelas all over the world.
MOTHER OF INTUITION PLEASE BE ACTIVATED IN MY THIRD EYE AND BRING ME TO THE PLACE OF INSIGHT.

Say this mantra for at least five times then
take 11 deep breathes in and out and pay attention to each breath.
Then let the breath do what it does naturally.
Take at least five minutes to follow the breath.
Notice the belly rising and falling.
Feel the beauty of being aware, perhaps for the first time.
Focus on the breath.
Ask the Mother of Intuition which chakra to concentrate on.
Go to this chakra and breathe five breathes in and out.
If you do not receive any instructions concentrate in the center of your chest.
Then just relax and feel the Shakti spread through out your body.
Take your time with this practice as it is very powerful.
Yet always remember that your Ma is watching and nothing that is not perfect can happen to you.
I am preparing you for our intensive in a few days where I will be much clearer.
In the mean while write in your journal what it is that you feel after doing this intuitive meditation
Every thing is perfect, you will not be judged on anything at all.
I will show you at the intensive how to simplify this meditation and to use Mother when ever you need to make any kind of choice.
I will teach you exercises how to waken the Mother of intuition inside of you to lead you to a full and open heart.
Your Mother Guru is very excited about this Intensive in my daughters Ashram.
How is it that my Achariya N.Y. Swami Durga Das chose a place to serve and to take care of so many people.
I have always taught him to trust his intuition and he got it.
I trust him completely
You all will get it, I promise you this.
This is how I teach my Swami’s and my Achariyas to trust themselves and their intuition.
The same with all my chelas.
I trust you all enough to take on such a strong magnificent breath and I know definitely that you can do it.
In other words, I trust you with this Ma and the Teachings.
If you were not ready to take the next step my Baba would not allow me to teach you.
So be excited and thrilled about how you are progressing in your life and of course how you are progressing toward your moment of death.
I am very proud of you all.
Little by little you will all get it, I promise you this.
Never give up. remember I am watching so closely.
