As you breathe in deeply become aware of all the space with in your Being.
Acknowledge this space or notice this space being filled with the Stillness of the words that you are reading.
Now breathe out the stillness and become aware or notice that there is still the Silent Space With In You Even When You Breathe Out.
Your simple awareness or noticing the Silent Space Of Shakti with in you, tells you there is no thought in the Silent Space.
When you notice, (I am not saying think of, I am saying notice) this Sacred Space of Silence, notice the thoughts disappear even as you are conscious of the Silence.
Keep breathing in this way.
