Namaste my chelas all over the world,
The place inside of you that is One With The Breath and One With Every One And Thing is THE CONSCIOUS SOUL OR THE ORIGINAL THOUGHT.
IT IS THE SPACE OF INNOCENCE THAT NEVER CHANGES AND ALWAYS REMAINS, EVEN WHEN THE BREATH DIES WITH THE BODY AND THE FLESH IS BURNT UPON THE FUNERAL PYRE.
Breathe deeply and fully and breathe out just a little bit longer than you breathed in.
Allow the out breath to become longer and longer.
Enjoy both breaths, yet be still, and feel that PLACE THAT NEVER CHANGES.
