Namaste my chelas all over the world.
My chelas have been calling in and writing about the vote in California that gays are being able to get married.
I am more than thrilled and celebrated when I heard about it.
Yet it saddens my heart that there has to be an issue in the first place.
I have celebrated the anniversary of so many gay and lesbian and all that are in between couples that have been married for many many years and are still going strong and so many are raising children together.
In fact to tell the truth my gay couples seem to have less divorces than my straights.
Who plays God and has the right to say who should love who?
Who is it that says the heart of a gay person does not have the right to beat in love and affection.
I know I am celebrating yet I am dam mad that it can be appealed and will be until we win and win we will.
The sweetest love I have ever seen is just that a deep love filled with compassion and gratitude toward each other no matter the gender.
It is Swami Nityananda that first taught me that the soul has no gender.
And I believe my Swami more than any one in the world except for my Baba who says the same thing.
In the book of Karmic Spaces there is the space that is THE ABUSE OF POWER that one has to be careful about that they do not get stuck in and live in not only in this life time but many life times.
It is about listening with the mind to those who have closed minds and forgetting the beauty of the heart.
When any kind of government leader or any leader of people of any kind try to take advantage of those that follow by either being angry or drawing away from those who do not agree this is an abuse of power
So even if there are twice as many who want to vote for gay marriage they are afraid, desperately afraid to disagree with the one who holds the power.
I have seen this happen many many times in so many circumstances.
Now if every one who believes in equal rights gay or straight and then vote for the same equal rights then the world would be a better and more compassionate place to live and die in.
Abuse of power comes from the third chakra and skipping the heart chakra and going straight into the throat where meanness is spewed out.
The human heart can be felt when the thought process is being used and decisions need to be made.
I pray that so many more can get to know my beautiful gay children and stop keeping them separate.
Love is love and I defy any one to say different.
I will fight for the right to have my gays be married for as Long As I have Breath In My Body.
Well I do congratulate for winning the vote just keep aware.
Now I must say so many of my chelas bring me a lot of joyful and happy moments and my Betty Davis is one of those.
When I saw Her Pictures I was so happy.
What a beautiful woman and soul.
And can break the coconut in the fire puja also.
What else can a Guru Mother Hope For?
