Morning Pujas and Prayers

Namaste my chelas all over the world.
The beginning of our new year begins when your Mother Guru comes Home from retreat in a weeks time.
So many of you have tears this year, tears of longing for your Guru Mother.
I wiped all your tears and held you all so very close.
I have kept my word and no matter what occurred this retreat I wrote you.
I have been doing so many Pujas for you and yours as I looked out toward Mother Ocean.
And I will continue doing this until I get Home then my Pujas and Prayers flow through the Ganga.
Sit in a comfortable position and bring your hands to a pranam
Explore with your thumbs that sensitive spot between your breasts.
Let your attention come to the center of your chest.
Just feel your attention right at the sternum, just under that bone.
For some there might be a slight or more than slight heaviness there.
Perhaps a pain that is noticeable born of fears of life times.
Don’t try to label it, just feel it.
Is there a sadness?
Do you feel stress in your chest?
Reflect on the very center of the heart.
Begin to press on that sensitive spot, feeling more and more the sadness breaking and melting away.
Feel the heart breathe into it.
Let the thumbs push into that sensitive area.
Do not use any of the pain or sadness as punishment.
Go deeper and deeper.
Do not try to protect the heart.
Keep the thumbs pressing allowing the heart to be completely vulnerable.
Understand how deeply your Guru Mother loves you.
Surrender into the feelings.
Let it all come through.
Let the chest be open wide.
Do not be afraid of the love coming from the heart.
Don’t judge yourself.
Just experience all feelings knowing that your Beloved is with you.
Let your breath bring you a soft awareness of the Guru’s Love for you.
It is said that Mother Kali The Fierce One is the One who destroys.
This is truth.
She destroys pain and suffering.
She takes from you what you do not need.
Always try to be the child of the Mother never the lover.
You must be on the path of the True Tantrika for a very long time to be the Shiva or The Lover.
For some you may feel a very noticeable ache or discomfort there.
This is a pain born of the losses and fears and tensions of life times.
Lower your hands and softly breathe in and out of your fourth chakra.
All the pain has left and the breath is bringing you the breath of your Beloved.
Sit quietly and enjoy the openness of the heart space.
You will find that after a while you will be able to breathe deeper than ever before and have so much more energy.
Just keep letting go.
Go deeper into the love.
I am with you every second.
There is so much more space now for the breath of pure love and surrender.
