Morning Pujas and Prayers

Sept. 11, 2010

Namaste my chelas all over the world

On this day we remember those who were lost on 9/11

We bow our heads in honor of all of us who have lost so many.

And yet we must ask have they died in vane?

Do we all have strength to carry that day in our lives forever without bigotry or prejudice?

Of course we can.

There were so many of so many religions that died horrible deaths that day not just Christians and Jews, men and woman of all religions.

And yet only Muslims were fought here and other countries.

They are being persecuted and we must not allow this to happen.

How dare one small minded man be allowed to even begin to think to burn the Koran, THE BEAUTIFUL HOLY BOOK OF SO MANY.

Let us all love peace and joy and freedom for every one.

This is my Puja and this also is my deepest prayer.

Today all this day I have been doing Pujas for our Baba’s Mahasamadhi.

When a holy person passes into death they do so joyfully and at times even excitedly.

A new form of spirit has been born, One that is always with us and one who some of us are fortunately able to see and touch and all of us who can feel this spirit within our hearts not unlike The Christ or Buddha or who ever your Beloved is.

It is hard for me this day of days, because I can see hear and feel our Baba The Living Baba, The Living Laxman.

I do not ask why, I just fall to my knees in gratitude and listen to His words with all my heart and try to share them with all of you.

I watched from my Ganga Porch my chelas making ready and working so hard for tonight and I am proud.

This is also the first night that my chelas will see me after weeks of being on retreat.

And of course our Fire Puja which never ceases to amaze me even after so many years.

In honor of this day of our Baba’s Mahasamadhi I began to paint the Ganga River Series.

To some it will all look like the same painting and yet each one will be different and painted just for the one who ordered it.

The River Paintings is the story of our Lineage.

Each painting will have a certain amount of Tirthas or steps going into the Ganga and one should look at each one and say 5 Rams on each step.

Some will have the young girl calling out for Her Swami Nityananda across the Ganga to teach her and tell her when Her Beloved will come to Her come down the mountain .

When you stare at the Lingam you can say OM NAMAH SHIVAYA OVER AND OVER.

There is so much poetry written about Bhagavati and the River Ganga and I will put some on the line for those who are new and of course my old ones also.

They are also my Baba’s favorite paintings and have gone out all over the world.

Some have as many as five or more.

There are hundred and eight Rams written under the waters of the River of each one.

The mantra for the paintings as you look at your River is OM NAMAH GANGA KI JAI.

Day by day minute by minute you get closer and closer to the Mother.

This night a fragrance emerges from the heart of the dhuni.

The fire calls out the name of our Baba.

The flames scatters darkness with its flames.

And our Baba scatters darkness from his chelas hearts.

My love for my Baba and all of you and our Mother Ashram sings and dances and springs from the depths of my Being.

You who love your Beloved know that this living love can sustain you and keep you always in His Light and the Light of the Mother Guru.

I love you all so very much.

Love Ma

Jai Ganga Ma Ki Jai

Jai Kali Ki Jai.

Always and forever sitting at the Feet Of Our Neem Karoli Baba Ki Jai
