Om Ganesha.

Evening Pujas and Prayers.

Sept. 22, 2010

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

Some of you have written in about a breathing exercise to teach those who are addicted.

I am proud of my chelas who teach others with out judgment.

Beside me being with you all as you teach, this meditation can strengthen your mind and focus your heart.

Concentrate on your breathing.

Try to relax as you focus on the breath coming in and out of your nostrils.

Try to slow down the breath as your body calms.

Do not force anything, it will happen.

Imagine you are in a sunny garden with the sun warming your body.

Take a deep breath and make a fist with both hands and tighten all of your muscles

Let the breath out with a great force.

And relax again.

Do this three times.

Watch your breathing and let it return to normal just becoming a witness.

Breathe in and out of your belly feeling the fire in your belly.

Picture all of your stress going into the fire in your belly.

All your addictions one by one going into the fire in your belly.

Use your addictions to fuel the fire and feel the addictions go up out of your nostrils on the next out breath in a wave of smoke.

Breathe in pure white light into the pit of your belly and let out any dark smoke.

Keep doing this until the out breath is clear.

About four breaths.

Then just sit quietly and feel a new freedom in your body and your mind.

Concentrating on your heart center fill up with your own pure love.

This meditation is very deep and with practice can keep you focused on all that is good.

I will help you.
