Each sacred Painting is different and profound
Staring at your Painting lose your self in counting the steps on each ghat going in the sacred Ganga.
Say Rams 11 Rams for each bird that is flying free.
Some do not have birds.
Stare at the lingum or lingums and say Om Namah Shiva over and over again.
Your heart will let you know when just to sit quietly and focus where ever the Mother leads you.
I spend hours on each painting giving each of you what it is you need.
