Namaste my chelas all over the world.
Tonight is our first night of Kali Puja.
She is making ready to consume your Karma and your Pain in the flames of our Agni Dhuni.
She is the furious form of Mother Durga.
She is said to be the brave warrior Goddess of every battle with the demon race.
She dances upon Shiva’s Chest and He gives Her all of His Power.
She is the Shakti of the world.
The love between Her and Her children is so vast and though She looks terrifying there is nothing She would not do for Her chelas.
Those who worship Her become from nothing into writers of great poetry and artist of the most beautiful art.
My Baba taught me how to worship my Beloved Black Mother.
He taught me that in spite of Her terrifying appearance She is gentle and calm as She consumes the ego that courses through Her chelas.
Come to me my Mother my Black Mother of the Cremation Ground and show me how to bring destruction to my chela’s ego.
Teach me to teach them how to walk with the dead while still alive and light their own funereal pyres.
To laugh at ones burning ego is the goal I set before my chelas.
Take Her hand and chelas run through the cremation grounds with Kali Mother, Baba and my self.
I make you ready for this night of Kali.
I ask Kali to allow my chelas to feel the flames of the dhuni this night bring them the warmth of their Guru’s love.
I protect my chelas with all that is in me and beyond.
She has given me the boon of Her own Heart to stand between my chelas and the darkness of the ego.
I bow this day and all of my life to my own Black Mother.
I love you all so very much.
As I prepare you this night for the gift of Mother Kali’s Puja.
