Morning Pujas and Prayers

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

Meditation is like a river communing with the Great Mother Ocean.

Or like a snowy peak of the highest mountain bathed in the full moon.

Such is the experience one receives in meditation.

The Soul communes with the ocean of the self.

The ego’s ignorance is dissolved in the light of wisdom.

Soon we will have the MEN’S INTENSIVE.

Every one is so excited and so is their Ma.

I would like to prepare my men to be able to be wide open to the feminine with in them.

Sit very quietly and breathe in and out 11 times into your left nostril.

And in and out 11 times in and out your right nostril.

Do not touch your nose.

Just use your mind.

Then breathe into the feminine heart.

This heart of feminine power is deep in the chest in fact it is the deepest point in your chest.

Try to take the deepest breaths you ever taken and feel the Mother protecting and loving you with all Her Being.

In this space you will fly on the silvery wings of your own feminine INTUITION.

She is in the masculine and will lead your through all the barriers that the ego placed before you.

Breathe in and out of the deepest part of the center of your chest for 11 times.

Then let the breath breathe itself at its own rhythm

This is the rhythm the Mother saves for Her sons.

Yes there is one for Her daughters.

For now I am preparing my men to feel and use the deepest amount of Shakti in their lives to use to better their lives all ways feeling the Power of the Mother.

Sit as long as you like.

This breath will bring my sons into the breath of bliss which comes to them naturally as they practice this meditation.

Come Home my sons.

This will be a fabulous Intensive, you can feel it this moment as I prepare you all to sit at the Feet of the Mother who loves you all so very much.

Love The Mother who waits for all Her sons to come Home and to learn how to feel the feminine intuition that races through them.
