Morning Pujas and Prayers

December 3, 2010

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

Happy Happy CHANUKAH to all of you.

May all your lives be blessed even more than ever as you celebrate the holiday of my heart.

When you started your path into spiritual life you felt very vulnerable.

This happens when spiritual longings take over all longings.

And yet in this place of vulnerable feelings there is also the deep expanding of the heart.

Last night some of my boys came to start the Men’s Intensive and I told them that I will take them deeper than ever before and I did.

No one moved all were in bliss and quite surprised how long they have sat.

You are unique and so is your pathway to the Mother’s heart yet your unworthiness stands in your way.

The Mother has taken your unworthiness and set you free to meditate.

Come to your quiet place and breathe in and out.

Make each breath bring you closer and closer to the awareness you seek.

Count your breaths.

Breathing in one breathing out one, breathing in two, breathing out two and so on and so forth.

Doing this for about 11 minutes will open you and prepare you for the Mother.

No matter how much your thoughts distract you, always come back to your counting.

Invite your heart to open and the Mother to enter.

Like Hanuman, hold open your heart and feel the Mother sliding into it.

Allow you and the Mother to merge together in a living loving embrace.

Allow your self to be, just to be.

The moment opens to you like never before

In this counting meditation, the Mother takes your anger and pain as you dissolve and melt away more.

and more

At times your mind is so scattered they are like wild monkeys.

This restlessness is caused by the ego mind.

The counting of the breaths brings your higher mind into play.

I can not wait for tonight when my Men’s Intensive begins

It is going to be a very intensive intensive.

I love you all so very much.

Love Ma
