Namaste my chelas all over the world.
KALI NATHA TANTRIC YOGA has brought so many yogis and yoginis for our 500 HOUR AND 200 HOUR INTENSIVES
I teach it in the most intimate attention thus allowing me to focus on each student.
In the past it has been rare that I teach small classes yet this is the way my Swami and my Baba taught me.
This is also the way I taught in our Brooklyn Yoga Classes in Brooklyn.
My Guru Baba has always to told me to teach the teachers this Sacred Yoga and watch each and every chela.
And so I will always teach during a Kali Natha Tantric Yoga Intensive.
I love to watch how my old ones give so much to so many.
My Shakti Durgaya and my Swami Jaya Devi are the ones who asked me to teach years ago and so I did.
Kali Natha Tantric Yoga Focuses on heart balance and alignment of the body.
All chakras are being open and turning.
The hip joints open and the feet, legs, back, shoulder and arms and of course the facial muscles are made to relax, thus retaining the glow of youth.
Kali Natha Yoga is a root yoga in which your body can grow with grace and balance.
Here my Janaka and my Prana are joining the yoga group.
And my Achariya Shiva is Home and I am thrilled.
