Namaste my chelas all over the world.

One of the most essential point of Kali Natha Tantric Yoga is to keep the back as straight as you can with out being stiff.

Relax your shoulders and Mother Kundalini will rise gently under the instructions of the Guru Mother.

This inner energy or pranic shakti will flow through all your spine and touch all your chakras.

Your head should be balanced comfortably on your neck.

Your shoulders should be relaxed.

Breathe in deeply until the shoulders relax.

Try to sit with your legs crossed, you do not have to sit in the full lotus.

Half lotus or easy pose is perfectly fine.

The crossed legs in Kali Natha Tantric Yoga express the unity of life and death.

Or it is perfectly fine to sit on a chair with the body straight.

Keep your legs relaxed.

Soon you will relax into the sitting posture of the yogis and yoginis.

Then let it happen.

Let it be.

Begin to breathe in and out of the base of the spine slowly.

Then go up the chakras taking three breaths into each and every chakra.

When you come to the 7th chakra see the Souls Light and bring this Light into your third eye and then into the throat and then into your spiritual heart in the center of your chest.

Breathe in and out deeply and let the joy of the Mother take you in.

Say to your self MY MA LOVES ME over and over and the Mother knows who you are and will come into your heart.

You are my children and I am your Ma.

This is all you have to know, really know in the depth of your being.
