Morning Pujas and Prayers

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

Listen to your own mantra for a few minutes.

Listen to the Name of God Or Goddess.

If you do not have a mantra then just say Om Namah Shiva over and over.

Om Namah any of the Gods or Goddesses.

Listen to the sounds in your mind.

Bring the chant that you say to your self to the left side of your temple then keep going back and forth to the right temple and then back to the left.

Keep doing this for at least five minutes.

You will find that the ego can not invade your thoughts.

And when you feel to stop then go another minute or two.

Notice how sweet the mantra has become.

Then stop and just watch your breath coming in and out.

Notice how much more calmer you are and how much more energy.
