Namaste my chelas all over the world.
As I get ready for my working retreat, I want you all to know that I will continue to write our Sacred Darshan Line every day.
I need to do it as much as you need to read it.
Today I want to speak of your fears.
I will be working with all of you and what you are afraid of.
So many of my chelas are reluctant to admit to themselves and to any one else that they are afraid.
Some think so many think that if they think on their fears they bring them power.
So many would go to any length to hide their fears.
Every one at one time or another feels anxious or afraid.
This brings a raw rush of adrenaline that brings even more anxiety
When you breathe in your fear and breathe out light for five deep breaths you begin to feel lighter and lighter.
Then breathe in courage and breathe out courage for 7 minutes.
The Mother Kali will take your fears and help you breathe in courage.
Soon you will find that you are less anxious and more and more able to give the Black Mother your fears.
REMEMBER MY CHELAS, I AM ALWAYS WATCHING AND ALWAYS LOVING YOU.
