Morning Pujas and Prayers

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

Say to your self this morning THOUGHTS ARE NOT FACTS, OVER AND OVER.

Do this for about five minutes and notice how you begin to feel a mental balance.

Your thoughts can not go round and round when you say these words.

They just become mysterious creations of the ego mind.

They do not accurately reflect reality.

They are not yours.

Then label your thoughts as thinking and this will have you intentionally disengaging from the ego’s thought stream.

Then breathe in and out of your third eye saying to yourself, breathing in one, breathing out one.

Breathing in two breathing out two.

Do this for 11 in and out breaths.

If you lose your place, do not worry at all, just start right over again.

After a while just sit and say to yourself I AM LOVE, AND I AM LOVED, over and over.

Then breathe in and out of your heart for five deep breaths and then let the breath do what it wants.

Do this for as long as you feel comfortable and then a few minutes more.

The Mother Guru’s Love will come flowing into you.

This is another very intense spiritual exercise.

I will be right there with you my chelas.
