A person can live day to day with spirituality in the heart.
This is the true fountain of youth.
Spirituality is the way of the yogi.
Living on Kashi, you are in the world of spirituality.
Liberation is absolutely attainable for any one in any religion.
Liberation is the deep desire to share spirituality with others with out preaching.

Meditation brings to you concentration skills.
You live in the moment by creating your own reality.
Your 6th chakra, the Guru chakra is your intelligence chakra.
Here you make choices of the heart.
Here also is where the ego attacks the most.
The ego gives many choices, all of them that seem easy.
Yet the heart of the third eye, if you meditate deep enough on it, will take you into the right choices for you every time.
You relationship to your Beloved is in the heart of the Guru chakra.
Yet the ego always sends you fear not only in the 6th chakra but all chakras.
The seventh chakra, the chakra of the 1008 lotuses brings you the grace to use in the third eye.
This night as you lay down to sleep, sleep in the arms of the Mother.
Breathe gently in and out of your third eye.
Feel the sweetness of the Grace of the Mother.
When you wake, wake in the arms of the Mother and start your day with gratitude.
Gratitude the key to Liberation and the Mother’s heart.
