Morning Pujas and Prayers

Namaste my chelas all over the world.

The darkness of Kashi in the early morn always has a hint of dawn.

When you close your eyes you can feel the light of morning before you can see it.

Imagine you are in control of your healing prana and breathe into any part of your body that you feel the circulation of prana is not moving well at all.

For instance where there is pain due to circulation, breathe in deeply and breathe out slowly,

As you exhale feel the power of your breath enter into the numbness.

Do this breathing for about three minutes.

Then breathe into your spiritual heart.

So many have numb hearts. Breathe out longer than you have breathed in and feel the spiritual heart relaxing.

Do this for five minutes.

The heart must be filled with prana to feel the skulls heart.

Doing this simple breath, your whole body relaxes and heat of life heats up beneath the skin.

Then just simply pay attention to your breath.

Notice how more relaxed you are and notice how you are in control of steering your prana where you need it.

Now call on The Lord Hanumanji to come into your heart.

OM NAMAH HANUMANJI, OM NAMAH HANUMANJI for 11 times.

Then just sit in center of Hanumans love and feel the warmth of His Father Mahavayu’s breath warming your blood and bringing you into the bliss of Hanuman.
