The five hundred hour yoga Intensive was such a magnificent way to start the morning.
The Mother combined the Sun and Moon Worship touching every inch of the tantric body.
I had my chelas follow their Ma in a free form of Tantric Dance.
It reminded me and my chelas of the way we use to do Yoga in my back yard in Brooklyn over 30 years ago.
It brought tears to my eyes remembering and now doing it again in the Form of Kali Natha Tantric Yoga.
There is no teaching like the Mother sharing the Yoga that The Baba taught Her.

The Red Tara in the center of the Lotus and the three Asanas in Her Name was taught all weekend by my senior teachers and my Shakti Durgaya.
