Namaste my chelas all over the world.
Life offers you so many tools to use in any occasion.
Yet the best thing to use is the breath.
Making the breath work for you can literally change your life.
One of the main things that my Baba has taught me is that never to let depression depress you.
Stand back from it, observe its cause and remove the cause.
The cause is always in oneself.
Thoughts bring forth depression by going over and over the same thought, until it totally takes over your life for minutes, hours or even days.
Taking a break by taking a deep breath will always calm you and help with depression.
Using your breath in dealing with your difficulties, will always work.
Breath in joy and breathe out anger.
Breathe in calmness and breathe out chaos.
Breathe in happiness and breathe out sadness.
Breathe in light and breathe out darkness.
Do each one five times.
Make sure you are breathing in deeply and out deeply.
Do this breathing till you start to feel better or as long as you want to.
Use your breath to better your life.
What is needed for you is to live more deeply with in and less into out side your being.
Let nothing and nobody come between you and your Beloved.
It is the force of your Beloved inside of you which will bring the most contentment.
When you do the breathing exercise visualize the words as your reality.
Let the words give you the capacity and the willingness to face every thing that comes your way.
Remember there is a deep Light inside of all of us.
I will teach you to always remember this light as it is the connection between Guru and chela.
